Employee of the month for May goes to one of our less experienced members of staff who is proving that he is developing quickly and finding his feet in the world of recruitment. Mark has started to generate a lot of business for the company!! This increase hasn’t just come about by chance…. it is a result of things clicking into place, gaining experience to deal with certain situations in a more capable fashion, but most of all through hard work and determination. Working whatever hours the job demands from him (very early starts to pick up candidates and very late nights to organise people so the client gets the service they require) this consultant is certainly proving that you can achieve success even in difficult trading conditions….. and that the more you put in, the more you get out!!
